Cloud Care Control leverages cutting-edge SaaS (Software as a Service) alarm management platform and embraces the Next Generation Network (NGN) infrastructure. This ensures swift and efficient remote monitoring of personal alarms, benefiting public sector organisations like councils, health and social care providers, and housing associations – offering crucial assistance to vulnerable individuals when they need it most.
Established in 2016, the Scottish Digital Office plays a pivotal role in aiding Scottish local authorities with their digital transformation endeavours to enhance service delivery and efficiency. By adopting Cloud Care Control by Chubb, Scottish local authorities will be able to elevate their remote support, offering immediate, intelligent care for vulnerable people instilling confidence that they are in safe hands.
