NEW CEO AT SEND FOR HELP

The Send For Help Group has appointed Naz Dossa as its new CEO.

The Group, which includes Peoplesafe, Skyguard and Guardian24 brands, is a technology business centred around the safety of lone workers. The business provides 24/7 employee emergency services to people who are considered to be at risk, either through the people they work with (e.g. members of the public), the environment they work in or through the tasks they perform.

Naz Dossa joined the Send For Help Group in February 2020, as chief commercial officer. Prior to that he was UK managing director of global mobile services business, Brightstar. He has spent most of his career in the IT and telecoms sectors, including a spell as managing director of Network Services at Capita.

Naz Dossa commented: “I am really proud to take the reins of the Send For Help Group with some exciting projects in the pipeline this year. The business provides critical services to people who are potentially at risk and we take this responsibility very seriously.

“These services, coupled with the coronavirus crisis, have become more critical to safeguard employees from risk, providing them with better outcomes in the case of an emergency, as well as – where possible - helping them to avoid emergencies completely. We are perfectly positioned to help both public and private sector organisations fulfil their duty of care obligations.”

“The staff here are passionate about delivering the best possible response to any SOS alarm that’s raised. I’m really looking forward to adding my experience to this already fantastic team and promoting our values and expertise to new and existing customers.

“Using our technology as a springboard, we will deliver greater insight and risk mitigation in the future as I look to build upon the excellent work the team has done over many years. In addition, it’s my responsibility to ensure we put people at the heart of safety. The critical importance of our services is always front of mind.

“With the support of our investors at ECI, we will continue to invest in key areas and deliver an outstanding service at every single customer touch point,” he concluded.
