TOUGHBUILT CONFIRMS HEALTH & SAFETY EVENT 2021 APPEARANCE

ToughBuilt has joined the growing list of exhibitors at this year’s Health & Safety Event. The US manufacturer of innovative and inventive products, including PPE, has confirmed it will appear at the UK's leading expo dedicated to the protection of people, places and assets.

The 2021 Health & Safety Event takes place from 7 – 9 September at the NEC, Birmingham. It is one of six co-located shows taking place simultaneously and that also includes the Security Event, the Fire Safety Event, the Facilities Event, the Emergency Services Show and the National Cyber Security Show.

Collectively, these six COVID-secure events will feature hundreds of exhibitors and are expected to attract over 28,000 visitors from a diverse range of professions and industries.

ToughBuilt will use its sizeable presence, located on Stand F160 in Hall 4 of the NEC, to showcase a number of products and, in particular, to highlight its globally respected range of Knee Pads.

ToughBuilt prides itself on designing and manufacturing knee pads that are not only fit for purpose but that also set the standard for other manufacturers to follow.

The company's ultimate aim is to significantly reduce the number of people who inadvertently end up with work-related knee injuries by increasing awareness of the need for appropriate knee protection and by manufacturing industry-leading products.

In its native North America and in numerous other countries including Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea, ToughBuilt Knee Pads are the number one choice thanks to their unsurpassed levels of comfort, ergonomics and protection.

Following the company's launch into the UK and Europe in 2019, ToughBuilt Knee Pads have been specified by a number of high-profile European customers.

This includes the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (LAS), one of the busiest ambulance services in the world, who have adopted ToughBuilt Knee Pads for a number of its specialist response teams.

ToughBuilt is also one of the few manufacturers to offer a kneepad range where every single model is both CE and UKCA certified.

Throughout the three days of the 2021 Health & Safety Event, ToughBuilt will be staging product demonstrations as well running competitions and promotions to encourage footfall on to its stand and to generate a real sense of excitement amongst visitors.

Speaking of the company's planned appearance, Matthew Handley, Head of Marketing at ToughBuilt (Europe), said: "ToughBuilt entered the UK and European markets in late 2019 as part of plans to replicate our wider global success. The timing of this meant it was just before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and so the successes we've seen so far come after something of a soft launch.

"We've been waiting for the chance to really shout about the strength of our offer, to showcase our Knee Pad range, which offers unrivalled performance and choice, and to highlight some of the many reasons why our Knee Pads have gained such a large and loyal worldwide customer-base. The 2021 Health & Safety Event gives us the ideal platform to do just that.

"We'll also be using the show to promote some of our other products which includes the ClipTech system of Belts and Pouches, Padded Suspenders, Tool Bags, Totes, and our globally respected Sawhorses."
